Mairead Ferry broke the school's indoor record in the pole vault as she cleared 10 feet, four inches, breaking the previous mark that was originally set exactly 10 seasons ago

Mairead Ferry broke Haverford's indoor record in the pole vault as the women's indoor track & field team captured nine of the 11 contested events on Thursday evening.

The Fords placed second a season ago and have finished either first or second in 17 of the conference's 23 seasons during the indoor season.

The Fords claimed one relay win and had four individual runner-up finishes in the Ursinus College Bow-Tie meet.

The Fords placed second at the Centennial Conference Championships last season and sent two runners to the NCAA Championships.
