With a time of 4:02.16, the Haverford senior set a personal best and the second-best indoor time in school history.

The Fords had several top finishers who ran times that place them among the top 50 nationally with just over a month remaining indoor season.

The Fords' senior was named the Seamus McElligott Performer of the Meet after posting the sixth fastest time in Division III this season in the 800 meters.

The Fords currently have five individuals ranked among the top 25 in their events contested to date.

For the third time in his career, senior Jeffrey Ainsley of the Haverford College indoor track and field team was selected as the Centennial Conference Track Athlete of the Week.
